Delivery options may vary depending on your location and your puppy's age, breed, and health requirements.
Before Delivery
Before any puppy leaves our care, every puppy receives:
- Complete veterinary examination
- Age-appropriate vaccinations
- Deworming treatments
- Health records
- Health certificate (when required)
- One-Year Health Guarantee
- Starter Kit (when included)
- Plenty of love and socialization
Scheduling Delivery
Once your final payment has been received, we will contact you to schedule the earliest available delivery date.
Customers will receive delivery details including:
- Estimated arrival date
- Delivery time window
- Transportation updates
- Driver or flight information (when applicable)
Delivery Requirements
Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to receive the puppy.
Please have:
- Government-issued ID
- Safe indoor environment prepared
- Food and water ready
- Crate or playpen available

Although we strive to meet every scheduled delivery date, weather, airline schedules, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
