Once your application has been approved, a non-refundable reservation fee secures your chosen puppy until it is ready to go home. Throughout the process, you'll receive regular photo and video updates, veterinary records, and guidance to help you prepare for your puppy's arrival.

Our goal is to ensure every family feels confident and excited from reservation day to pickup day.
