The 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee does not cover:

• Hypoglycemia caused by missed meals or improper care
• Parasites acquired after purchase
• Injuries or accidents
• Allergies
• Luxating patella diagnosed after purchase unless deemed congenital by a licensed veterinarian
• Viral or bacterial illnesses contracted after leaving Seller's care
• Conditions resulting from neglect or improper nutrition
